Background Information:
After working in the construction sector in New Zealand and in Japan for 15 years, I took an opportunity to get off the tools and transition to the residential inspection industry in 2009.
After initially conducting Health and Safety inspections for NZs largest landlord, I was offered a management role with the company I was contracted to. The role involved overseeing H&S and Quality for a team of 40 inspectors nationally.
Several years ago, I moved into pre-purchase inspections, and that is where I am currently.
- Approximately 30 years in the construction and property inspection industries
- Experience on the tools, in the office, and in the field
